The most important information at a glance
Pick-up service
If you’re arriving by train, bus, or plane, we’ll be happy to pick you up from the bus and train stations in Bolzano, Klausen, or Brixen and from Bolzano airport. Please inform us in good time the day before you’re due to arrive.
We would like to inform you that if the transfer time is communicated only 24 hours before, the cost of the transfer will be charged.
Solo travellers
Our rooms are available for solo travellers. We look forward to receiving your enquiry.
Deposit
A deposit of 20% of the booked total rate is due by credit card or bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining amount can be paid conveniently on site.
Check-in, check-out
Your favourite room will be available for you from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m.
Late check-out until 6 p.m. upon availability? Of course. We charge 50% of the room rate. Without dinner.
Covid-19
Unspoilt natural landscapes. Wide spaces where you can move freely. Carefree holidays are possible despite corona – also thanks to your holiday haven’s sophisticated safety concept.
Breakfast
Pure indulgence. Help yourself to delicacies from the indulgence market from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., while the urban coffee shop awaits you from 7 a.m. to 7.30 a.m. and from 10.30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Dogs
Your loyal four-legged friends are welcome on request. We charge an additional fee of €30.00 per day (without food). On prior arrangement, we will provide a dog bed, bowl, and basket in your room. Your furry friends will adore the terrace area. We regret that your darlings are not allowed in the restaurant area, lounges, and wellness area. Please note that only a limited number of dog-friendly rooms are available. There is also a limit to the number of dogs allowed to stay at the hotel at one time.

Room service
Breakfast in bed? With a Dolomite panorama? We’ll be happy to bring your breakfast to your room for you until 10.30 a.m. We charge a service fee for this.
Spa bag
In your room, you can look forward to a spa bag with cosy spa accessories for the duration of your stay. We’ll lend you a fluffy bathrobe, towels, and towelling bath slippers.
Cancellation
Up to 29 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge
From 28 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the total booking rate
From 14 to 8 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking rate
Within 7 days of arrival: 90% of the total booking rate
In the case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, we charge cancellation fees of 90% of the booked but unused days.
Payment options
We accept cash payments (up to €1,000.00), debit and credit cards (except American Express), or online payments via Hobex. Please check the overseas limit of your cards before you arrive. You can pay the remaining final amount in advance by bank transfer:
