MY OLYMPIC MINDSET

excellence experiences for life & leadership

Creating space for excellence.
Time for inner alignment.

In a world of constant demands, it’s not just competence that determines success anymore, but the ability to stay clear-headed, mentally stable, and present.

My Olympic Mindset is an exclusive retreat for entrepreneurs and leaders who want to sustainably deepen their self-leadership, mental flexibility, and decision-making skills. Nestled in the powerful nature of the Dolomites, a space for development emerges where conscious guidance, intuition, and creative perspectives come together.

A retreat for people with responsibility – for themselves and for others.

Excellence begins within us.

What it’s really about

This retreat goes beyond classic leadership training.
At its heart is a question:

How do I stay clear-headed, focused, and present – even under pressure, in uncertain situations, and when facing a high level of responsibility?

Based on high-performance mental strategies drawn from elite Olympic sport, psychological approaches, and artistic processes, a holistic experiential space is created. The aim is to consciously synchronise rationality and intuition – a core skill of excellent leadership.

Presence is the basis for every decision.

The Art Experience at La Fundneyt atelier opens up a new experiential space.
Artistic work sharpens perception, focus, and presence in a different way.

The insights gained will be specifically applied to leadership, decision-making, and sustainable high performance.
A change of perspective that creates depth – and lingers long after.

Leadership needs space.

The players

Different disciplines. A shared attitude.

The special quality of My Olympic Mindset comes from the interplay of different perspectives: leadership development, Olympic sports psychology, and artistic experience intertwine and create an extraordinary space for personal growth for leaders.

The retreat is accompanied by people who have been working at the intersection of high performance, inner clarity, and personal development for many years – professionally, mindfully, and on an equal footing.

Dr Peter Haberl

Sports psychologist | Mental coach with Olympic experience

Peter Haberl has over 30 years of experience working with international elite athletes and Olympic teams. The 2024 Olympic Games in Paris marked his tenth participation as a sports psychologist.
