My Olympic Mindset

Sensoria Retreat 2026

Excellence begins within us.
29.03.-02.04.2026

Anyone in a leadership position will be familiar with this feeling: decisions and urgent tasks are multiplying, the complexity is increasing, and yet this is exactly when it’s most important to keep a cool head. In moments like these, something other than knowledge alone has long been decisive for success: the ability to remain internally aligned and be mindful of yourself.
The My Olympic Mindset is a retreat for people who view leadership as an internal state and wish for guidance in consciously adopting this attitude.

Here’s what you can look forward to:
Four days in the powerful landscape of the Dolomites, where Olympic high-performance strategies meet modern leadership psychology and artistic processes create new horizons.

What it’s all about

The focus is on two questions:

  • How do I stay clear-minded and able to act when the pressure increases?
  • How do I make decisions from a state of presence rather than reaction?

At the heart of this retreat is a skill that sets top athletes, artists, and excellent leaders apart: the conscious synchronisation of rational-analytical control and intuitive-involuntary processes. It is possible to develop this skill, and that is exactly what you’ll be dedicating time to.
